The technician will then find the uncovered issues — including software repair and virus and spyware removal — plus clean your computer and optimize it for faster speed and better performance. Troubleshoot the computer using approved tools. Repair the operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.). Remove all viruses and spyware on the computer. Apply Tweaks modifications and all operating system critical updates. Remove any unneeded startup items and unneeded programs. Test operating system for proper functionality Conduct a physical cleaning of the computer. Provide you with an estimated cost for any hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s) needed to provide a complete solution, if necessary. Note: You must provide the restore/recovery disc(s) or operating system disc(s) if needed. Additional software or hardware not included.
